The Germans had to light they luck, cross fingers and hope for the best when playing Virtus.pro. The Germans would need twenty-two rounds or more, in order to reach the relegation stage. It all started so well for mousesports, taking home 11-4 as T on inferno, but once second half begun, the hope vanished.
The Russians won a key pistol-round, followed but clutch rounds where mousesports had the opportunity to take rounds needed. But the hill was too high to climb, as Virtus.pro nailed enough rounds to send mousesports out of the tournament. The Germans did finish in style, taking home victory at the score 19-11.
